Method
- Cook raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water until soft. Cool.
- Beat heavy cream to soft peaks.
- Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and melted white chocolate.
- Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in milk.
- Layer ladyfingers, cream, and raspberry sauce.
- Repeat layers and smooth the top.
- Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Decorate with raspberries and white chocolate before serving.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill overnight. Can also be frozen 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
