White Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
