Ingredients

Apples
  • 6 medium-sized apples washed and dried
  • 6 wooden sticks for dipping
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate chopped or chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional, for smooth coating
  • edible glitter as desired
Optional Decorations
  • white nonpareils or sprinkles
  • mini sugar pearls
  • milk or dark chocolate for drizzling

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spoon or spatula

Method

  1. Wash apples thoroughly and dry completely. Insert wooden sticks into each apple.
  2. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Dip each apple into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  4. Immediately sprinkle edible glitter over coated apples and add optional decorations if desired.
  5. Place coated apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until set.
  6. Optional: drizzle with milk or dark chocolate for contrast and elegance.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

Ensure apples are completely dry before dipping. Use fine edible glitter for even coverage. Make ahead by prepping chocolate and decorations, then dip before serving.
