  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
  • 2 apples cored and diced
  • 2 pears diced
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 kiwi peeled and diced, optional
Dressing Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional garnish
  • fresh mint for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare all fruits: peel, core, and dice apples and pears. Segment oranges, halve grapes, and prepare kiwi if using. Combine all fruits with pomegranate seeds in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, garnish with chopped nuts and fresh mint leaves.
